At our first meeting, we will provide you with an individual consultation and advise you on all the things that should be arranged when moving abroad. Together we will create a moving plan that will be tailored specifically to your needs and wishes. Our team of moving experts will make sure that your belongings are carefully packed, ensure proper storage and help you choose the optimal method of transportation abroad or from abroad. We will deal with customs formalities and paperwork so that you can focus on your new start in another country.

Moving process

Quote

The exact quote always depends on the specific work procedure. We will prepare it upon the customer's request based on the following information: - exact loading and unloading addresses (including floors) - the possibility of using the lift (including its dimensions) - an inventory of all items to be transported (ideally accompanied by photographs) - information regarding antiques, valuable items, and heavy pieces (i.e. wardrobe, piano, safe, etc.). When moving abroad, you can also use packing services for personal belongings and furniture, including its disassembly and re-assembly.

Booking a date

After we agree on the work procedure and the price, together we will choose a date when the move takes place. Then the contract will be drawn up and we will agree on payment terms. By paying the advance invoice, your date is confirmed.

Packing your belongings

You can either pack your belongings yourself or take advantage of our professional help. Whichever option you choose, we will always be happy to help you create a plan and procedure for packing. Even if you are packing on your own, we recommend that you stay in close contact with us to facilitate the entire process of international moving. It is a good idea to place all unnecessary items aside. We will gladly take care of their disposal and recycling.

Moving day

If you decide to go with a turnkey moving service, you will not have to worry about a thing on the moving day. If you will be taking part in the move, we recommend that you leave only one contact person at the moving premises on the moving day. This person should have the moving plan, the layout of the furniture in the new premises, the keys, and all necessary documents on them. Do not forget to bring the necessities as well (something to drink, food, medicines, etc.) as large jobs can take several hours.

To be able to prepare a quote for you, the moving company will need to know the following information in advance:

a preliminary list of furniture, number of boxes and other items
the exact address of the premises where the items and the furniture will be loaded and unloaded
the exact floor
whether there is a lift available and information regarding its size
a list of the items to be transported, ideally together with photographs or video footage
the date of the move

The main document for transportation within the European Union, the so-called CMR consignment note, must always be drawn up by the carrier (it is their responsibility).
